- Any actions taken against a member/company/organisation are down
solely to the discretion of the management of the site. In situations where
adverts, listings or links are removed and/or member(s) are barred from the
site, any contractual obligations entered to with the site in terms of
remuneration will be seen as void. This could include refunds for any areas
of the site which have already been paid for by the third party
involved.
